UV-curing corrosion resistant coating - Introduction
Light-curing anti-rust coating is a special coating that can be cured quickly by ultraviolet light or electron beam radiation to form a hard, corrosion-resistant anti-rust protective layer. Light curing anti rust coating has the following properties:
1. High corrosion resistance: The light-cured anti-rust coating has good corrosion resistance and can effectively prevent oxidation and corrosion of the metal surface.
2. Fast curing: the coating can be cured quickly after receiving ultraviolet light or electron beam radiation, saving working time and improving production efficiency.
3. Good adhesion: The light-cured anti-rust coating can be firmly attached to the metal surface to prevent the coating from falling off or peeling off.
4. Film protection: The protective film formed by the coating is very thin and will not change the appearance or size of the coated metal.
5. Environmental Protection: light curing anti rust coating does not contain volatile organic compounds (VOCs), no pollution to the environment.
Light curing anti-rust coatings are widely used in the following fields:
1. Metal products: used for rust protection of metal products such as automobiles, home appliances, machinery and ships.
2. Bridges and buildings: used for anti-rust coating of steel structures to extend service life.
3. Electronic products: used for surface coating of electronic components and electrical products to improve corrosion resistance and aesthetics.
In terms of preparation, the photocurable anti-rust coating is usually cured by coating a solution or emulsion containing reactive monomers, photoinitiators and auxiliary additives on the metal surface, and then curing by ultraviolet light or electron beam radiation.
When using light-curing anti-rust coatings, pay attention to the following safety information:
1. Avoid direct contact with skin and eyes. If contact occurs, rinse immediately with water and seek medical help.
2. In the use of paint, to ensure that the workplace is well ventilated, avoid inhalation of paint volatiles.
3. Use personal protective equipment, such as gloves, goggles and respirators, to prevent the paint from causing harm to the human body.
4. Carefully store and dispose of paint waste and comply with relevant environmental protection regulations.
